2,530 patients on maximally tolerated lipid-lowering therapy randomised to obicetrapib 10 mg or placebo. The largest of the three phase 3 LDL-C trials behind the European filing, completed September 2024.
BROADWAY is the backbone of the obicetrapib efficacy file, alongside BROOKLYN in heterozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia and TANDEM for the ezetimibe combination. The CHMP cited all three in its July 2026 positive opinion, with LDL-C reductions up to about 40% for monotherapy and roughly 50% for the combination.
