Trial
BROOKLYN
Status Completed May 2024
354 patients with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia on top of maximally tolerated therapy, randomised to obicetrapib or placebo, completed May 2024. The HeFH arm of the phase 3 programme.
BROOKLYN matters because HeFH is where residual LDL-C after maximal therapy is most common and most consequential, and because it is the population in which an oral add-on has the clearest practical advantage over an injectable.
