300 patients imaged by coronary CT angiography to measure the effect of obicetrapib with ezetimibe on plaque, primary completion November 2027. The mechanistic companion to the outcomes programme.
Imaging endpoints will not decide the fate of the class, but they matter for the plausibility argument: if apoB lowering by CETP inhibition behaves like apoB lowering by any other route, plaque should respond in the familiar way.
